Our charge on your credit card statement will read "SHOP ONLINE", also your invoice title will display "SHOP ONLINE" only, but title names of adult products will be listed.

Discreet Shipping & Packaging
To insure proper delivery we have selected UPS and USPS as our carriers and try to process orders next business day of receipt, Weekends and Holidays not included. Your package will be shipped in a plain box or envelope, and shipping cost will be based on the weight of the product and zip code we are shipping to. The shipping label on all of our packages will read "SHOP ONLINE". All rental DVDs are shipped in a plain envelope or a non-descript cardboard box (for multiple DVDs) with a return address of "Rentals." We use following shipping methods:

USPS First-Class or Priority* (3-5 Days) FREE for orders over $69.
Transit time may vary depending on package origin and destination, especially during holidays.

USPS Priority Express* (1-2 Days)
Fastest domestic service with limited exceptions. Transit time may vary depending on package origin and destination, especially during holidays.

UPS Ground* (2-3 Days)
Transit time may vary from 2-3 days to 5-7 days, depending on package origin and destination, especially during holidays. Electronic package tracking is included.

UPS 2nd Day Air* (1-2 Days)
Economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. Deliveries to certain locations may require additional time in transit. Transit time may vary depending on package origin and destination, especially during holidays. Electronic package tracking is included.

UPS Next Day Air* (1 Day)
Features fast and reliable delivery, making it the right choice for all your overnight shipments. Deliveries to certain locations may require additional time in transit. Transit time may vary depending on package origin and destination, especially during holidays. Electronic package tracking is included.

Order Processing
All orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only (9am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays). The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
Unfortunately, we can’t always guarantee delivery times (all guarantees made by UPS or USPS), however most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of the order, but large quantities orders may require additional time. If you choose Next Day or Second Day Air service from UPS, it’s not always guarantee that you will receive your shipment in one or two business days. It will depend on how long it will take to process your order.

•    All shipping rates are based on size, weight and destination of the package. Following holidays may delay order processing and/or shipping: New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

•    Latinxtube.com is not responsible for the service in transit time. Transit time may vary depending on package origin and destination, especially during holidays. 

•    Latinxtube.com is not responsible for any incorrect addresses provided. 

•    All returned packages that are due to incorrect shipping address provided by a customer will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If your billing address differs from your shipping address, your order may be delayed.

•    UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays for the 2nd Day Air service. If you choose Ground Shipping we reserve the right to determine the most appropriate way to ship your order.

•    UPS deliveries are not available to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

•    UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

•    Oversized products may incur additional shipping costs due to their size and/or weight.
